Bank Of Maharashtra — Very poor service

I am a doctor in Chandrapur maharashtra and work in government medical college here and was told to open an account in bank of maharashtra. I went there with all my documents and the experience was terrible. First I couldn't find anybody on the counter to talk to. Then I asked the manager to help me find a person to open the account. He directed me to a person who just gave me a form and didn't tell where to sign and how to fill it. He was busy talking and laughing with his friend. Why don't u keep forms in English??.how stupid o[censored] to keep forms only in Marathi with such difficult words...then after 20 min when I filled the form I handed it over to the madam on the counter. And she asked for my originals of all papers. I had an original of my driving licence but she insisted on checking all originals. This is plain stupid. After arguing with her and wasting time she finally agreed and then I had to wait for another 30 mins to deposit the money on the counter and after that she asked me to come tomorrow. I have my accounts in axis, pnb and sbi and this was my worst experience. Felt like some rural bankrupt bank with careless employees. That's why nobody wants to open account in ur bank. I l write to the college and our university to stop this collaboration with ur bank and do it with better banks like axis like in gmc nagpur for a better consumer experience
