Home loan applied on 25 the june, loan disbursement done on august 3rd.
Since bank didn't update disbursement date to bank bazar, when enquired through my mail dated august 24, then only bb contacted bank and disbursement dated updated on 5th of september, now time lines to reach voucher to customer is 15 day maximum. Now i didn't understand there is lot of delays, missing communication between bb and bank.
Still there is no chance that bb is unable to provide voucher immidiately, or in few days.
Why bb have right to delay processing a loan, but voucher dept still have right to serve customer with time limit up to 15 days.
This is sense less thing.
When i complained through customer service, even escalation manager stella is also on same words (15 days for voucher dept).
You are blamming bank that it is not updating information timely, but u will ample of time to serve customer (Even there is lot of delay from loan application date to actual disbursement and to update this information to bb).
I understand i need to update other customers what really happening at bb.
