I applied for a loan through bank bazaar two weeks ago for 70, 000 inr and you guys kept calling me for document submission and i did promptly upload all the requested documents. I received a message on oct 30, 2017 that my loan was approved and the the bank rep will call me shortly for disbursement of the amount. As of today, nov 6, 2017. I still don't have any call from hdfc bank nor an update from bank bazaar regarding the final status of the loan. I had a deadline, so i chose the fast track with you guys. My deadline is in 24 hours and i don't have any update or money. Very bad service from bank bazaar and hdfc bank Was this information helpful? |
