My uncle (Dhanraj Nitin Shah) is on trial for one of the court cases and being imprisioned since 04/08/2020. He in unable to pay outstanding credit card bill since he is jailed. Banks are informed that he is in jail and they are threatening other family members. He being single & has no family, we are taking care of his house and we are being harassed by recovery people. We have nothing to do with his finances and they are compelling us to pay his dues as we are staying as tenants. every day there are notices and people troubling us. Also we have asked to freeze his accounts and cards. Also banks are compounding interest every month. How do we deal with this? Was this information helpful? |
