Please do not think it is quite long, It fully gives you valuable information.

I Demand the explanation which I faced for the Personal Loan which I took in Axis Bank.

I really did a mistake to taking Personal Loan in Axis Bank could have gone for some other bank. I got a call from Axis bank for personal loan and they told it'll be processed in 3 working days, this is because of my Dad's medical expenses, Finally because this people crap and nonsense service his surgery went delayed. They processed it for 15 days. they cheated me a lot, by telling your demand draft has been dispatched already and they gave some DD no.

And they told while processing interest is 14.25 % and then after giving the personal loan they made it as 16%. and only after the Emi message I came to know this, for informing all these things I tried calling Axis Bank customer care but I could not connect to the customer care executive.

Once I reached some how and finally they told they'll connect to Personal loan department but every time they disconnect the call.

I told the executive not to process my loan then also they processed. It is very much nonsense and these people does anything for money. My first impression with axis bank itself bad, Most of my friends had the salary account and other accounts with axis bank they experienced only once are twice after my experience they all closed they accounts. And so of them were eager to get loans from Axis bank finally I convinced them to take that on other banks so they went and took in other banks instead of taking in this worst bank.

I faced very much disgusting and I could not even concentrate on my work then finally my friend convinced me and I came to a path. At one stage I felt to take suicide then I felt guilty and I came out of it.

Now they told they will be opening an account for EMI transaction, they are calling and fixing the appointed from past 2 weeks daily but they are not coming. Finally I was wild and shouted then also they did not opened, Finally do not know how EMI will be deducted, but if anything got missed and if any late fees is deducted they I'm sure i'll file a complaint and take necessary action. Already I'm very very angry on these people.

Going further I very much worried, how I'll continue with this worst bank. More-over those 's did not even updated my mobile number properly. they have updated my mother's phone number as mine and bank people message to that number, My mom did not know English also she cant even understand that.

There are so many nonsense things happened when I opted for this Personal Loan. I cant explain everything here.

While canvasing these moran's will ask politely. But when you ask them some details they wont even reply. I really do not know who the heck has given the license to this worst bank. I'm really controlling not to use most of the vulgar words here.

People never ever go for AXIS bank in your life. Your life will be in hell.

One of the worst service I ever seen in my life. Please let me know if details are not clear, I can give explanation and details for all the questions which you ask.

Hope fully I think I'll get the resolution for this. But most of the cases Axis Bank will not give proper resolution. This is the good study about Axis bank I actually thought of going for Home loan but thank god, God showed me the picture of Axis bank. Now I really hate the brand name itself.

I'll try to spread this in all kind of forums and make people aware about this 's. I'm should be the last fellow who has affected by these people.

Thinking of closing the Loan as soon as possible.
