[Resolved] Indian Overseas Bank — 3rd class poor service | |||
unnecessary harrassment by your preet vihar branch The branch is fully irresponsible with the clients. They never sent statement of accounts. every time we have to sent our person to collect and waste whole full day. for collecting the cheque book, whole day time is wasted. for withdrawal of the cash from bank, no body is found the staff on time we have to waste 3-4 hours. For our KYC forms, we have submitted at least 10 times, but all the times, the kyc form is lost what the branch is doing. At last we decided to transfer the account from preet vihar to Daryaganj.This time also they harrasssed.Simply they sent the application form not KYC to harrass us.We had to further send kyc form and had to open new account. One side your bank say that the account holder can maintain the account from any part of India but even we can not get service from one branch to other. what is this either the branch has more business and they donot want to get the business from the customer like us. as far as I know, no body should open account with the Indian overseas bank preet vihar branch. you will be very surprise to know that i am residing in the same colony even i am not satisfied how you will satisfy the other customer. 90% their atm not working, out of service, money not available
