State Bank of India — objection taken by their other than nominee

There are two f .d. made by my mother in her name to which my name was noted as nominee.Now my mother is expired.when I enquired about procedure to cash FD i came to know that my late real brothers wife already made complained about nomination and ask to bank not to cash that fds.my query is how I am not eligible to cash those fd to which I was nominated by my late mother.pl reply me as early as possible.my email address is- devenghorse.[protected]@gmail.com.
