Landline connection issue for the past 15 days and yet not resolved. The irony is no response from service manager, no response from customer care, emails got bounced towards customer care. No prior intimation for the failure in network. Such a big telecom company and such a poor service towards your corporates and such inefficient and misguiding executives. Really its a disgusting experience. It is simply a harassment to the customers. We doubt even customer feedback matters to your company?
