I had applied for online degree on September 2016 ( its been now 4 years )

Paid the amount and everything. Tried contacting the university again and again. No reply from their side.

Its showing APPLICATION UNDER PROCESS till now.

But as on date there is not communication from barkatullah university about the application.

Kindly look into the matter and resolve the issue

I need degree certificate on argent basis cause need to submit this in the compny within 40 days.I applied for this on 10jan 20 days is already gone.Kindly help me to dispatch as soon as possible so that I would submit this on time.
