I have ordered a product from Amazon and due to some issues I returned it but still I haven't received my refund till now and when I'm contacting the Amazon costumer service they are saying that they have initiated the refund and credited to my bank but when I contacted my bank they checked my bank statement there was no such transactions related to this...it has been more than 20 days
This is urgent please help me as soon as possible.
