Baroda Uttar Pradesh Gramin Bank — I have never apply and take any loan and kisaan credit card but he share a wrong loan entry to cibil in my cibil report

I never apply any loan and kisaan credit card by this bank .but he share a wrong kisaan credit information to cibil beauro. I complain coustomer care but no response.
