Poor services at high cost

Address:Haridwar, Uttarakhand

The Basera Hotel in Rishikesh charges very high for their rooms like 4 star hotel but their services are of poor garde and rooms are very unhygenic. bedsheets have been teared off, insects in pillows ans blankets. poor room service and nothing has been provided even if asked to provide. Even after having parking space, they donot provide parking place. Plz dont stay in such poor hotel at high cost....
