[Resolved] Bata India — No Refund from Bata for Online Returned Product

Bata order Ref #392992. Order #BW[protected] and sub-order ID BW[protected] was return-picked on 28th Oct but I have not received any refund yet. I have emailed customer support for over 3-weeks now, but there are only claiming actions within x-y days. No refund as of 21st Nov 2022.

Bata finally called me after a month and a half and refunded the amount.

Bata India customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
