Bausch And Lomb — damaged lens

I purchased a lens from an optician. He gave me a damaged lens. And when i returned the lens to him, he is not ready to replace it or repay me the money. As he said, he got the lens checked by the company and they said it has been damaged by my nails. I have been using the lens since last 5 years and i know how to handle it.
