I am a regular customer of Baazar Kolkata. I m very sorry to inform that on my last visit to Baazar kolkata on 23rd September 2014 I was very badly behaved by the security guard of the girls section trial room. I asked her for the replacement, of the dress which I was about to give a trial, because it was a light colour dress which is not permissible to be trailed in your mall. To which the security guard with her neglected expression has roughly answered me. I am very much shocked and surprised to find that the staff member of one of the leading malls behaves in such a way with its customer. I would request the kind authority to please look up into this matter because the growing inconvenience from your side may unable us to visit the mall again. Was this information helpful? |
