[Resolved] BBC — Fraud

Now their are almost complete 2 year. bbc send me the the mail of won prize rs. 2 cr, and i follow them after that my 1, 24, 000 rs. are gone for delivery charges like custom duty and transfer charges, but i cant take money from them i already follow the police procedure but it is also cant help me.
and my bad luck that is receipt which was i paid in their account is also lost only i have email ID of them that is [protected]@live.com.
plz help me...
