Sir, I billi pay on 2 Aug 2018 but till time bill not updated & generated from mobikwik app. side but amount deducted. What happened problem, inform to me . Many times I connect to app registered helpline number but no any response. I say to this very bad service call me [protected] any query

I paid my electricity bill through my Airtel payment bank on BBPS but it was not successful and the account never got refunded. I raised the complaint no. AP[protected]. But it never got attended.
