Hi,
I bought beetel cordless phone on 28th feb-2020. Till mid may it worked fine and then it suddenly stopped working. Handset is showing 'searching' text and the charging indicator on base unit is not working. There is response from base unit. Not sure what the issue is. Tried changing the batteries but no luck. Tried to reach customer service on[protected], there is no response from them, line got disconnected after 30 seconds. Since it is in warranty approached the retailer from where i bought this headache, beetel useless phone. And after 15 days retailers said that beetel is not willing to provide any service as of now and they don't know when the beetel technician will be available. Now stuck no option execpt keeping this beetel useless phone as a show case object.
It would be great if any one can share that how to resolve this not charging issue (Charging indicator is not working on base and headset is showing searching text, don't know what exactly it is searching : ().
