I ordered the product on Dec 4 2023 to GIFT someone. It is now Dec 12, 2023 and order is not delivered. They are not delivering the product and keeps saying courier company which is Shiprocket has not delivered. They feel giving it to courier company is their responsibility and making sure customer gets the order is their responsibility. I wasted so much of time talking to customer service with no outcome. I can give names but I do not want to do it here. SHIPROCKET does not take calls from buyer and takes calls from seller. I have asked for refund from Bellavita and will update on that process as well. Please take action on BELLA VITA. This is another scam. PLEASE DO NOT BUY from BELLA VITA.
