Bengaluru Metro Rail Corporation [bmrcl] — Amount debited twice and Rs 50/- was charged extra as fine

Myself Shruthi, with card no [protected], I have travelled from Trinity to K R Market on March 10 2023 at 4pm.After finishing my work I came back to K R Market around 6pm, but while swiping the card door didn’t open so I thought my balance is low and I went to recharge it, I gave Rs100 in cash and got it uploaded and I went to swipe again but door didn’t open, I enquired with the staff Divya she told “why didn’t you say earlier, you didn’t swipe your card while travelling from Trinity to K R Market and as it is already past 2hr so you need to pay Rs.50/- as fine “.I argued with her to check with the CCTV footage but she denied and told me if time increases fine will also increase so I paid Rs50/- in cash later she tried to upload my fine it was not taking, listening to our argument one of the male staff came and she said that system is not taking my fine amount. He called to someone at backend and he tried something in the system after some time he told me that there is no fine so your Rs50/-is also uploaded to your card. I asked them to show the balance, it displayed as 150/- .Again I enquired them about my earlier balance, he came out took my card and placed it in the top up device, there it displayed that my amount around Rs23/-odd was twice deducted, he told me to lodge a complaint and he went .I asked Ms Divya for lodging the complaint, she gave me one note pad and told me to write the details and she gave me the acknowledge which I have enclosed in attachment and asked me to come to K R Market again after 7 days. I have mentioned my mobile number and email id in the complaint letter.
On march 20th I went to take my money back, but Ms Divya was not available I enquired with other staff about my complaint .she checked with the note pad but my complaint was missing as I had the acknowledge she called to backend from there he told they have sent a reply to wrong mail id and again noted my mail id but till now I have not received any mail .
