Bengaluru Metro Rail Corporation [bmrcl] — Slowness of cashier

Paid for ticket by Gpay, at sangolu Rayanna metro station on 16/ May at 745 PM, showed transaction confirmation to cashier. Despite this cashier insisted on seeing payment confirmation on her own phone and delayed issuig tokens, causing me to miss my train, when I was traveling with kids.
