Iam a senior. Citizen 70 plus.
My id no 28311928.
It was change of address within city of chennai. Iam supposed to be founder member of times group chennai.
I changed my residence within city corporation limits.
Sent mail to crm times chennai on 23 march 18.
Paid my subscription for 2018- 19 promptly on 21 march 18.
Called half dozen times times office every time new voices, assurances but no action. So far not rec'd my copy of news paper. One of the worst customer care in corporate business.
