Bp [protected]. This is my subscription no. For times of india news paper. Upon receipt of mail for renewal of subscription, i made payment of rs.2540 online through link received on renewal mail. The amount has been debited on 17.12.2018 to my savings account with bank of india, malad east branch, mumbai. However the transaction has been reflected as failed.
I have sent 4 reminders at crm. [protected]@timesgroup.com about this fact but there is no response. I have made 4 calls on[protected] also but every time false consolation but no concrete resolution to my grievance. It seems this is a large fraud carried out by bccl by collecting money online and making transaction failed Was this information helpful? |
