I am life member, so far not used since my membership 2013. I also saw many complaints on your benze club about its integrity and services to customers. Did you taken any action to improve your services to members? Are you following any business ethics.. I am hesitating to pay annual maintenance charges. Mr. Milton, promoting executive, is with you now to answer. Can you please tell us what is your business status. All your promise is spa and massage, bar, which will be chosen by few non policy fellows. What about family members benefits out of your club?
