Bepure — Product was not delivered & not refunding money paid

I purchased under counter water purifier product from Bepure (https://www.bepure.store/ )on 14/July/2022 for an amount nears to Rs 9000/-. Till now product was not delivered to me and when I asked about delivery product they said it's problem with delivery partner. As I'm not sure when the product will be delivered to me I asked to refund my money. They are not refunding my money, not even delivering the product.
