Berger Paints — Deficiency of service | |||||
Sir, We had given contract to berger paints for their home painting solutions. At the time of taking the advance cheque, promises were made and in good faith we made the payment. The agreed time frame was 15 days but there was no sign of handover even after 19 days. We were told that three feedback forms would be provided during the process but neither their representative nor their agent turned up either for supervision or during our visits .On the final handover date we were shocked to see incorrect use of colours, poor quality painting, cracks also unfilled and primer showing up at different places. Your representative contacted his seniors and admitted that the deficiency of service as seen was pointed out by them to the painters who did not care to rectify the same. The agent even after being contacted did not come to give an explanation nor complete the handover process. . After much discussions with seniors your representative asked me give my comments on the feedback and said that owing to the deficiency of service the payment stands settled. The agent whom we never interacted with is causing mental agony without the involvement with berger paints with whom we had a contract.
