Berkowits Clinic — Cheated and took money without giving proper information

I visited the Rajouri Branch, i was not given complete information & they took money for laser hair removal. After making the payment they clarified on certain points & when i asked for refund, initially they agreed. After an half & hour they called me & told that neither it can refunded nor adjusted..

I am seeking refund..
