Berkowits Clinic — unprofessional service & non refund of money

Do not provide service as promised. They lack male technicians from time to time.

There was a time in between when my treatment went on hold as the only male technician they had left the company. Now they have hired a new technician and I have to start the treatment from the beginning due to the break caused by them.

Anyways, the treatment has no result so far and i am not even raising the issue of some reactions i had on my skin. The spots on my skin are clearly visible for anyone to check.

I need the money back for their unprofessionalism.

They call for appointments and I have to adjust as per the schedules of the technician. If the schedule does not match they promise a call back but don't call for a long time.

Callback date and time promised is never adhered to.

Why should I waste my time if they did not have a technician available? That is not my concern. I want my money back for the lack of service that was promised.
