My number is [protected]. I live in Sadashivanagar, Bangalore The service provided by BESCOM is quite poor. The power failure is quite frequent and the customer care line always shows busy when called. The mobile number is also switched off during power failure. The power keeps going and coming back. Very dissatisfied with their service. It declared 3 hr power failure daily but it been more than that. Was this information helpful? | |||

Account I'd is not printed on bill
I am unable to pay my EB bill online. Because bescom online registration is asking for a 10digit account I'd. But in my bill I can see only 7digit as consumer I'd . so I am unable to do online payment. My sub division is jigani. I searched through internet. But I couldn't find any information about how to find account I'd.
