Best Bus Mumbai — Wrong bus route pass given | |||
I took the 3 month bus pass from mulund check naka bus depot. I asked for the pass from mulund check naka to bhandup Sonapur, but was given the pass from mulund station (w) to Sonapur. I thought they meant mulund bus station and there was no difference in ticket fare. I used the pass on the same day and next day for travel between mulund check naka to Sonapur. Bus conductor checked the pass and did not say anything. It was only on 27th August evening one bus conductor brought to my notice that the pass is of wrong route. I went to the mulund check naka bus depot, but the man at the counter simply refuse to accept his mistake and said it's your responsibility. I tried to explain the misunderstanding, but he said now nothing can be done and I have to use the same pass. My entire 1470 rupees are waste. His behaviour was extremely arrogant and I was so irritated by it that I threw up the pass in the dustbin at depot. All the bus drivers and conductors stood there watching the whole drama. On one side best appeal people to travel by best bus and on other side customer have to loose money for mistakes done by their employees. I doubt if I would travel by best bus again.
