[Resolved] Bestdealtv — Neither providing right size Jeans & not ready to refund money | |||||
I am Pravin & my order no. is 1061691., I have purchased 3 jeans @ Rs 2299. But not as per my size though label is correct. Your team neither replacing the jeans nor ready to refund. Senior team members no even ready to talk. I would like to request to consumer forum to make Bestdealtv to replace or refund faulty products. Or cancel their registration for selling online. Bestdealtv not even respond to any email. They make unnecessary put on hold for 15-20 min for every call.
