Hi,
This complaint is against BOP Real Estate Property Consultants. I booked flat in DLF
Woodland Heights, Bangalore(Details of projects mentioned below) in the month of July 2013.
Have made down payment and Home loan was sanctioned and disbursed to DLF in the month of Sept
2013.
However BOP has promised me to provide discount of 2% on total cost as soon as the down
payment was done. Its been almost 8 months now, have not received my discount credit note
from BOP. Have informed and following up with Mr Nadeem pasha and Namit Malhotra of BOP on
this. There is no proper response from the BOP.I have all the mails from BOP which can be
Provided if required.
Am very much disappointed with the post sale service from BOP. Have provided all the receipts
from DLF to BOP representatives.
Even after many follow up, they are not responding.

I purchased a property through them in Bangalore at woodland Heights of DLF, to which they promised that they will provide us a cashback of 2.5% of the deal once signed, however they eloped and now they are not responding to calls or mails.

This is to put things on records and bring transparency among all the parties.
Discussed over separate calls with Mehak Khurana(BOP Customer Care Executive, Guest Relationship Manager) & Vinod Vishal Sharma(Bangalore Division BOP Head & Manager), together have verbally denied me the cheque of 2.5% as was promised earlier while purchasing of a DLF property WLL011 in Woodland Heights.
This denial came after a deliberate prolong delay of beyond 14 months. Along with this denial, following consumer rights were violated on number of occasions -

Even after repeated follow ups through personal Visits, Mail Exchanges and Telephonic Calls, both of the BOP Executives have failed to respond showing an IRRESPONSIBLE behaviour to deliver their prime duty towards customer, an intentional CRIMINAL BREACH of trust, CHEATING and practised FRAUDULENT means of business.
