I had made 2 withdrawal request of rs.1000/- each. One through neteller & other through bank transfer. I have received the amount on neteller which i requested later but didn't received the amount through bank transfer. This is not showing in my transaction history also. My user id is -paromita1984. Despite sending several mails and chatting the issue was not resolved. Moreover the company has no contact no giben in the website to speak to someone.
