Betway — Deposit Amount is not reflecting in my account

I had done the transaction of Rs. 4000 yesterday night ie. 10 November 2022 at 12:30 PM via UPI to Acron23.[protected]@cmsidfc

And my Ref number is[protected]

And it's been more than 24 hours but that amount is still not reflecting to my Betway account.

And I also tried reaching Betway agents twice and also to their support system but there's no satisfactory response from their end.
