Bewakoof Brands — Received a wrong product and then the courier guys are not accepting the return request

So I ordered a pair of sliders from bewakoof but got the wrong product so the customer care guys told me to return it and I'll be getting a refund, but when I requested a return the delivery guy who came to pick up the product says he can't accept it because the product doesn't matches the image shown in the app. I received a wrong product and on top of that you guys don't accept my return request. My order no. 38994508. The status shows a student return is cancelled. Never thought that I would regret shopping with you.
