Bewakoof.com — Not refunding the amount

i have bought a tee-shirt from Bewakoof.com. I returned the shirt within 10 days of delivery, from then i have been trying to contact them, they are not picking up the call. the just reply to my e-mails and say that refund is already done. I told them many times that now its more then a month and the amount is not refunded. They just reply me that its already refunded. Please help me out what to do.
