Bewakoof.com — Damaged product delivered and did not respond for the return of the product complaint

I recieved damaged product and then dropped a mail for dmaaged product
I rasied request for return a product but no body turned up for pick up for product and on site its appearing as returned no body is responding to emails also, the process is very slow.

Still my order is not returned its been 25 days
