Course fee was rs 38000, we paid rs 20000 and rest rs 18000 was payable by post dated cheque. Arrangement was coaching my daughter shrijaya bhaduri every sunday in a three hour class. She attended only three days.Institution promised to get faculties from ahmedabad but in effect provided local art teachers who were not proficient in logic, gk, maths, reasoning required for competitive exam. Neither they had skill levels for art in nift exam. We took away our daughter to another institution where she is getting all that is required. Now, we wanted our rs 20000 back, at least most part of it as she had taken few classes and found the real standard of brds which is appalling. Please refund amount now.
