BharatPe — My settlement status blocked , since 2 months But no one Respance

My bharat pay settlement status is blocked In this context I contacted bharat pay then they told me that we need clearance certificate from you!
So that I can give the clearance certificate to BharatPe and my BharatPe settlement status can be unblocked by this,
