I am a insurance policy holder of Bharti Axa with policy number[protected].
This mail is to bring to you notice that due to technical or mistake from your side the 2nd installment has been deducted from my account without paying 1st premium.
I purchased this policy on 10/12/2021 and paid amount through my credit card and few days later the same amount has been credited to my account as attached. I raised the concern to Mr Pawan kumar manager at that time they told that in few days after reconciliation the policy will get lapsed. so i purchased another policy with policy number[protected].
How it is possible that my 1st premium was not credit and policy is inforce status till 2nd premium. After 1 year the 2nd premium amount was due so i sent the mail that i dont want to pay any future premium but still my 2nd premium got deducted on 3rd March 2023 from my bank account.
To my surprise that without paying 1st premium the 2nd premium has been deducted from my account and after that i am continuously chasing but no positive response getting from any one.
I am still amazed at thinking what could be possible reason despite such a big company making such huge mistake from their end.
I will also raising this issue to PMO portal and Irdai so get resolution of my issue.
Waiting for positive response and want my amount of Rs 54539.29 will credit into my account.
As a advisor of you company i am not satisfied with the after sales services and the behaviour of staff when i raised this issue.
