Hi, i have taken plot no - 61 (383 sq yrds) in bhashyam golden county, survey no 616/part & 617/part in ghanpur village, patighanpur, patancheru mandal, sangareddy dist. 616 & 617 are now part of prohibited survey no’s as they are part of court case os 96/2007. As i was planning to sell this plot the buyers are not able to get clearance from legal team when applying for loan, hence i need a supporting document stating that my plot is clear of any court case so that loan can be processed to my buyer.
