Huge bad garbage dumped opposite our house by neighbors which is critical hazard to our small little 2 child. Inspite of several suggestions they are adamant and still throwing regular garbages on the middle of the road. It also stinks and may breed insects. Please resolve it as they are not heeding any suggestions. They also say that you can go to any authority you want and do whatever you want to
