Dear Sir/ madam, I paid the BSES bill using the BHIM app, the amount was deducted but it was shown as pending in the app dashboard. On 5th Nov 2022, I tried two times to pay my bill of BSES using the BHIM app, which is connected to my Central bank of India saving account. Rs. 1530 was deducted two times. RRN no:[protected];[protected], date 5 Nov 2022. The complaint was raised on 8th Nov with ref no "1682805", then on 7th Dec 22 with complaint nos "1695865" & "1695862" and then on 27th Dec 22 "1703234". My deducted money of Rs. 1530 + Rs. 1530 is still pending. Please help me, regards
