As no prove of any reservation receved by air carrier.
The duty of the bank is to issue the decsion on refund within 15 days follwoing your complaint, if in India.
In 15-21 days, if no refund received, the solution is via local court only.
The expected expences for legal civil matter can be:
- government fees [ from 2500 ruppes ] + own efforts,
- legal fees for assistance of a lawyer or of legal professional [ from ~6000 rupees] + own efforts
The fair court shall award all reasonable losses, moral compensation, paid fees by judgement.
