I have made a UPI transaction of RS 2000 by using BHIM UPI app on 22nd Nov 2020. But the transaction is in pending status till date and no progress against it. The payment amount of RS 2000 was debited at the time of the transaction but not received to my payee. I have raised a complaint(complaint no. 943920) on their platform dated 2nd Dec 2020 also remind & provide all details in their format(as below) by massage on their tweeter platform @NPCI_BHIM.
