I have payment failed 870rs(435 rs two times) but amount is deducted from my account.i have complained to their portal but dont get refund within working days mentioned by them.
even BHIM do not have any customer care number i.e there is one number but they do not attend the calls.
sir please solve my problem i have approached both BHIM and Bank of baroda(in which i have account).
when i registered my complaint in BHIM
they msg me
"Dear Customer, Your Complaint with Ref No - A48e46df1c2546299b4a4b4c71cd061 is raised successfully. Response to the complaint will be updated within 3 working days"
Dear Customer, Your Complaint with Ref No - A1685d1fb0d743ebab18aeba009c4f6 is raised successfully. Response to the complaint will be updated within 3 working days"
for two continuous transaction failure.
sir/mam please resolve my problem as soon as possible my financial situation is not too good i.e 870rs is big amount for me.
please resolve it as soon as possible.
