Mahaveer Singh, the owner of BHK Quest is not a reliable person. He makes false promises and then back out from his words. His only business is to befool homebuyers and cheat their money. He helps builders sells flats on higher prices and then take a cut and commission from them. Though he also charge high commission from home buyers but dont do anything for them.
