Bhk Quest — Cheating Homebuyers by fake promises

I am also a victim of property fraud By BHK Quest. Mahaveer is a fraud and cheater. He has not returned my token amount of 51 K after the deal was canceled because the owner revised the price of the flat.

I purchased a 2 bhk flat through BHK Quest, Mahaveer singh the owner of the agency promised me that I will get the possession in two weeks and I paid the entire amount, but it has been 3 months and I didn't get the possession yet. He is very unprofessional and wicked.

BHK Quest has cheated me. Mahaveer singh, the owner of the company promised me that he will get the flat repaired before shifting, but later he backed out from his words.

He took a big cut and commission from the flat owner and cheated me. Homebuyers beware never rely on BHK Quest and Mahaveer Singh otherwise you we will lose your hard-earned money.

I gave a token amount of 51 thousand to BHK Quest for a 2 bhk property deal. I could not finalise the deal at that time due to corona virus and now flat owner is asking more money and Mahaveer singh, the owner of the BHK Quest is not returning my token amount money.

Mahaveer singh of BHK Quest is very wicked and fraud person. I clearly said that I need 3 months to pay the entire amount of 23 Lakh for 2 BHK and he agreed. But now along with flat owner he is pressuring me. I have already given 80% of the amount and still I have not got the possession of the flat.

Mahaveer singh is fraud and BHK is not a reliable agency. He took a big comission and cut from owner for selling the property on a higher price.

True, mahaveer Singh, the owner of BHK Quest is not a reliable person. He makes false promises and then back out from his words. His only business is to befool homebuyers and cheat their money.

I trusted mahaveer singh and he cheated me. Homebuyers never buy a house through BHK Quest otherwise you lose your savings and repent entire life.

I didn't see these reviews before buying the home. I could have saved my hard Earned money with a little research. I shouldn't have trusted Mahaveer Singh Tanwar and Bhk Quest.
