Bhopal Municipal — Clean of open drain and garbage collect

Dear Team, I am Harish Palsule the resident of "Anand nagar gupta colony bhopal". I would like to call your attention for the cleaning of nalla/ drain in front of our house which full of mud and debris. When ever say to sweeper for clean this drain she told me this is not our work.Please let me know who responsible. today my neighbor told to her please collect garbage beg but she not carry on and loudly speak using abuse word. There are some vendors came and takeout garbage of some rooms but other room has not visited. This is not good way they should be take garbage of all rooms if we told to him then again they argue with us this is not our line .
