Hello team,
This is a complaint against inconvinience caused due to the inefficient deliveries by bbdaily.
I have a 2 year old at home and for the past 4 days bbdaily has been defaulting on deliveries of milk. This after repeated complaints and assurances that issue will be resolved and delivery resumed.
The bbdaily account works on a prepaid basis and they keep amounts with themselves in the so called wallet which are deducted from our accounts the very instance we opt to recharge.
Now when i ask for the refund they refuse to pay interest on the amount in wallet and also are neither interested in compensating for the inconvinience caused.
Moreover i have tried all modes of customer service viz chat, mail and phone but the quality of service is far from being at par. Attaching reference screenshots of chat medium to understand the pathetic service mindset on display.
